From New York City:

• Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) East to Exit 49S (Rt. 110 S/Amityville).
• Merge onto the South Service Rd.
• Turn right onto NY-110 South (approximately half a mile).
• Turn left onto Baylis Road (approximately half a mile).
• Turn left onto Maxess Road (approximately half a mile).

From Northern Long Island:

• Take the Long Island Expressway to exit Exit 495 (Rt. 110 S/Amityville).
• Merge onto NY-110 South.
• Turn left onto Baylis Road.
• Turn left onto Maxess Road.

From Southern Long Island:

• Take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 36N (CR-2 N/Straight Path) towards Wyandanch.
• Merge onto Straight Path/CR-2.
• Turn left onto Little East Neck Road.
• Turn slight left onto Colonial Springs Road which will become Ruland Road.
• Turn right onto Baylis Road.
• Turn slight right onto Maxess Road.

From Westchester:

• Take the Hutchinson River Parkway to the I-95 S/Stillwell Avenue Exit. Keep right at the fork in the ramp.
• Merge onto the New England Thruway which will become the Bruckner Expressway.
• Take Exit 7A (I-695) on the left towards I-295/Throgs Neck Bridge/Long Island.
• Merge onto the Throgs Neck Expressway.
• Take I-695 South (I-695 South becomes the Throgs Neck Expressway – Throgs Neck Expressway becomes I-295 South).
• Take the Cross Island Parkway exit towards Eastern Long Island.
• Merge onto Cross Island Parkway South.
• Take Exit 30 (I-495/Long Island Expressway) towards Eastern Long Island.
• Merge onto the Long Island Expressway.
• Take Exit 49S towards RT-110 S/Amityville.
• Merge onto South Service Road.
• Turn right onto NY-110 South.
• Turn left onto Baylis Road.
• Turn left onto Maxess Road.
