Hotel Discounts

In an effort to ease your efforts in booking hotel accommodations for Poly visitors and to help us in using our budgets most efficiently, Poly has negotiated discount rates at several area hotels. In addition, Poly has access to many of NYU’s hotel discount agreements.

We strongly encourage and expect that members of the Poly community will take advantage of these hotel discounts before booking similar accommodations at higher rates. If a discounted rate is not available at one of the Brooklyn hotels below and you book a room at the rack rate, please note this on your expense report. Note also that the discounts below are based on availability so please book as early as possible.

If you have difficulty booking a room at these negotiated rates, please contact Cecile Fenske, who is knowledgeable about our agreements and can interface with hotel management to resolve any issues.
